“So…why don’t you tell us a little bit about yourself.
We’d like to get a sense of you and what you’re about.”
I am a mix of instinct and experience, well-traveled, and ever curious. The answer is never “no,” but rather, “let’s find a solution that makes sense” - so there is always room to explore and discover. I am up for the challenge, ready to roll up my sleeves and be prepared for anything.

motivation
It’s often said, “It takes two to tango,” and this could not be more true than in the creative field.
Skill and creativity are crucial to every project, but several motivators can grease the wheels towards success.
As a designer, these core values are essential for a successful project and to produce a superior result.
If it matters, you do what it takes to get it right. If it doesn’t, you redirect and find another way. In either case, being able to shift and pivot effortlessly is key.
software
I have worked with Adobe Tools from the late 90s and have evolved with the software to be adept and efficient. I am constantly utilizing the creative suite for both professional and personal projects.
I am also proficient with MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel; however, these tend to be more project-specific in their use.

soft skill
While being good at specific programs and processes is essential, perhaps equally important are those unlearned, innate skills.
I am often told I put people at ease and help bring clarity to complex ideas or concepts by offering macro and micro insight.
I am always looking for outlets to be creative, am deeply passionate about my work, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Work-life balance is not only important; it is necessary for peak creative output. Making time to reflect and recharge is an inherent part of my creative process.
personal
I have an adopted black cat, Mojo, and a rescue pit/shar-pei mix, Baloo, who keep me active. In addition, I like to cook and entertain friends and have a close and connected social life.
Beyond that, I am always creating because it is one of the many expressions that make me who I am.
If you love what you do - it’s never a job - it’s a passion.
Being able to live and work creatively has been fulfilling. I’m happiest when I realize that my life is just a series of beautifully connected moments.
Grateful for the experience, I often pause to find inspiration in simple things.
